Everything Carlsbad Sub-Zero Specialists knows about you came off a phone call about a broken appliance. Here is what we do with it.
What we collect
To put a visit in the diary, Carlsbad Sub-Zero Specialists needs your name, your phone number, the Carlsbad address where the appliance sits, and a description of the fault. That is the whole record.
What it is used for
- To book the appointment and complete the repair in Carlsbad
- To contact you about that job — a confirmation, a delay, a part, a follow-up
- To satisfy tax, warranty and insurance obligations
If we text you
If you leave a mobile number, expect at most a handful of messages and all of them about your own repair — confirmation, arrival, a follow-up on a part. There is no list, no newsletter and no offers attached to it. Reply STOP to any of them and we will stop texting that number. Message and data rates may apply.
Your rights
If you live in California you may ask Carlsbad Sub-Zero Specialists what we hold about you, ask us to delete it, and opt out of any sale of personal information. There is nothing to opt out of, because we do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
Long enough to honor the warranty on the work and to satisfy a tax or insurance question, and no longer. There are no advertising trackers on these pages, so nothing about your visit to this site is recorded anywhere but the server log.
About these pages
These pages are static files. No contact form, no account, no login, no comments — there is nothing here that can collect anything on its own. The web host keeps standard access logs — address, page, timestamp — as all of them do.
Who else sees it
Your details stay inside Carlsbad Sub-Zero Specialists: we do not sell them, we do not trade them, and we do not hand them to a lead broker. It goes no further than the two people who need it to get a van to your door. Mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Text messaging consent is not shared with anyone.
Children and this site
This is a site about repairing appliances in Carlsbad. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page. What you are reading is the version in force.
